Got a wash yesterday as my car was covered is salt and dirt from the light snow we had over the Thanksgiving giving weekend. Yes my car was clean. However the wash/dry failed to remove soap from my vehicle leaving streaks all over. It would seem that they need more fine tuning of their setup. The indoor vacuum is a nice touch. However I did not have time to use it.
I went to this carwash for the first time because it's on my way to the gym, so I thought it would be great since it's on my way, but I will not renew my ultimate membership and go to another carwash, here are my reason, the first time I went to get my car cleaned I was shocked to see swirling on the lower part of my car, I tried to see if it can be removed and I wasn't successful, the next day I went to talk to one of the guys at the front cabin and told him what happened and he ststed that this is because of the tire shin... read more

Just want to give a shout out to Helen and Jake! Great employees! My battery died while I was vacuuming it. I called for road service and while waiting they jumped in with Helen's cables and Jake's car and got me running! Love this place! Besides a clean car and free indoor vacuums, it has great employees!
If I lived locally I’d be a permanent visitor. I spent a week dirt road driving and my car was pretty rough. Caked on mud, dirt and clay. They ran me through the wash until it sparkled. Joe was incredibly nice and helpful. I was so impressed by their kindness and the quality of my wash.
